Slow response from Kuboten about payment of shipping

I paid for EMS shipping last Friday using Paypal and have had no response about recieving payment or any shipping information on my goods. I have sent several emails to customer support and have had no response as well. What is going on?

Hi,

I have a question about “Buy it now” auctions from Yahoo Japan.

1. If I buy 2 items from Yahoo using the “buy it now” option, will this be seen as an shop order?
Since it’s not an actual “auction”, cause I buy it right away.

2. My next question is, do I have to pay the commission fee of $10 once for the 2 items or do I have to pay 2x$10=$20?

3. And is there a difference with the commission fee if I buy the 2 items from one and the same seller or 1 item from seller A and the other item from seller B?

$10 USD +7% of ending price*

* This rate is based on use of PayPal instant or bank account funds. Credit card payments are an additional 3%.

but in the page of The kuboTEN FAQ

display:

Our kuboTEN fees, which are a flate rate $10 + 10% commission on any auction, per auction.

Our fee, which is a flat rate $10 + 8% commission on the price of the item, per item.

it’s controversy. so I want to know real commission fee.

Hi I have a question about paying for an auction it says that payment is due within five days of winning the auction, are weekends included in this period or is it just buisness days aka weekdays.

I have a question about “Buy it now” Yahoo Auctions.

Just like eBay, there are “Buy it now” options for certain Yahoo Auctions.

1. The button/icon with the “shopping cart” is the buy it now option, right?

2. How do you actually buy such item with Kuboten? I only see a auction bid form, or do I need to use the shop order form?

Shipping and packaging questions

Hi,

I am new, just registered and I’m thinking of using Kuboten to buy some items from Yahoo Auction. Kuboten seems to be a nice website with simple rules and has an easy to understand fees system.

But some things about shipping aren’t so clear.

1. When I win an auction and Kuboten is ready to ship it to me, can I choose what kind of shipping will be used (EMS, SAL, Airmail, Registered Airmail)? Or will Kuboten decide for me?
Cause it doesn’t make sense to ship let’s say 1 cd with EMS.

2. And at what point will I be able to decide what shipping service will be used?
Before the bidding, during the bidding or after the bidding, or after the bidding when Kuboten receives the item?

3. Is registerd airmail an option?

4. And about the packaging.
Let’s say the Yahoo Auction seller ships a cd to Kuboten in a box. But I want the cd to shipped in a bubble envelope to me, can I request Kuboten to do that for me?

(It of course isn’t a problem if the seller already shipped the cd in a bubble envelope to Kuboten. Then you don’t have to repackage it.)

5. Can Kuboten ship the item as a gift with a lower value?

shipping and canceling bid

What shipping services do you use?
such as EMS,airmail and SAL.
and can we choose wich to use?
I am new here so want to know.

also is canceling bids possible I have requested one and still have some doubt so is it possible to cancel it but it has not actually been placed.
