Can anyone list some online sports cards stores?  Currently I only know of the sites in America like Rob’s Japanese Cards Yakyu Shop or Prestige Collectibles.  I’d like to be able to browse and order from some actual stores in Japan rather than just using Yahoo Auctions.

Mint is a franchise of collectibles stores carrying all kinds of stuff in addition to just sports cards.  There are several stores scattered across Tokyo.  While they apparently have a very large, and at times very cheap, inventory in-store, the website doesn’t seem to have that much for sale outside the most recent products.  You can read about them on Deanna Rubin’s blog:

I just placed an order with Mitchael-Trading.com via KuboTEN.  Unfortunately, one of the items I was hoping to get was out of stock, but that’s just less money spent.  I’ll post here and to my blog about how it goes.

They are based in Japan and sell a huge assortment of Japanese dolls/figures, but also carry current lines of game cards and trading cards by the box and they deliver internationally!  I guess technically, KuboTEN’s services aren’t required for this particular site, but they offer another option.
