Slow response from Kuboten about payment of shipping

I paid for EMS shipping last Friday using Paypal and have had no response about recieving payment or any shipping information on my goods.  I have sent several emails to customer support and have had no response as well.  What is going on?

Don’t worry too much, I had the same concerns bacause it recently took them some time to reply to my messages or inform me about the order progress. I am sure the KUBOTEN-Staff will deal with your questions as soon as it is possible for them but I guess they are quite busy with remodeling their web-site and improving the order-system and other stuff like that… Anyway, they are hyper reliable and everytime I used this shopping-service my items would just arrive safely packed and in perfect condition.

I’ll make no excuses for it—we dropped the ball early last year and it has been a learning experience.  We did learn a lot from it though and have addressed a lot of issues in our order processing and are making efforts to continually improve the efficiency and ease-of-use of our systems.
