Service issues continues… **Solved, item has shipped**

Has anyone gotten their packages or at least had their status upgraded to “shipped?” After the kind email about the issues that are going on inside kuboten I’ve only been upgraded to “shipping soon,” and that was a few months ago, and I’m again getting concerned.

**UPDATE 7-29-19**: As of July 25th 2019 my package is shipped. Thank you folks of KuboTEN for fulfilling my order. I hope things work out better for you folks <3.

Same for me order payed for almost 2 mounts ago and no replay from kuboten

They got back to me on the 21st of July, and I now see that my Item has been shipped,(I’m looking at my item now in the Japan posts;) looks like things are moving forward. The fellow named Craig has been having issues:

“The transition of kuboTEN has obviously not gone as smoothly as I had hoped, and I am working hard to figure out a way to make it work.  Please accept my apologies for the extreme inconveniences.

I hope things go better for business, I really like these guys and I’ve been using them off and on for some time.
