Service issues continues… Solved, item has shipped

Has anyone gotten their packages or at least had their status upgraded to “shipped?” After the kind email about the issues that are going on inside kuboten I’ve only been upgraded to “shipping soon,” and that was a few months ago, and I’m again getting concerned.

**UPDATE 7-29-19**: As of July 25th 2019 my package is shipped. Thank you folks of KuboTEN for fulfilling my order. I hope things work out better for you folks <3.

Hello, Happy New Year to you all. I’ve had a growing concern over one of my orders, it’s very small and light, just a 4 inch by 4 inch cloth Rock/Heavy Metal sew on patch and I had sent a “Shipping Quote Request” on 11-24-18, and to this day I’ve had no progress of said quote. I’ve tried contacting KuboTen via their Contact Us/Email/message twice and they have not sent me a reply for either.

To be honest, I find this very concerning as my item is both bootleg and not in production anymore, not only that but no one wants to sell one on any forum relating to the hobby. I’ve relied on Kuboten in the past and they were very good, in fact I had bought a really large 1/60 Gundam Toy off yahoo japan via their services, so I know they are legit. But to have me waiting this long for a shipping quote on a tiny item, let alone not reply back to me is very concerning. I’d open up a claim of some sorts to try to get this sorted out but there doesn’t seem to be anything like that.

What do I do?

Craig, could you please let me know if you have received any emails from me in the last month. I have sent several and not received any replies so I suspect they are not getting through. Please let me know if this is the case.

I was just curious, does KuboTEN leave feedback on auctions once the items are received at the KuboTEN office? If not, could a feature be added to buyers could sort of leave feedback by proxy, and then KuboTEN apply it? I’d like to think the sellers would be getting credit for their successful proxy sales.

We here at kuboTEN just want to welcome you all to the new website! It has been a long time coming and has gone through several design iterations and considerations, but it’s finally here.

Please enjoy and feel free to let us know what you think, good, bad, or ugly! We like the good, but we also like improving so please don’t hold back. As far as ugly is concerned, it’s the only way we’ll learn so let ‘er rip!

Also, if you find any bugs or other weirdness on the new site, please let me know personally. I, kuboCHAN, will see that the one responsible for it receive the full brunt of my mighty cardboard box flap.
