How much does your service cost?

Basically, all transactions are charged a flat rate of ¥1000 + 10% of the order total. For full details, please see our help section. We also have a handy total cost estimator located HERE.

Auction Service Flow

1. You send us a deposit and bid on something.
2. We check the auction & place your bid.
3. You won! We prepare the total and you pay.
4. The item arrives. We notify you and put it in storage.
5. You request shipping. We package your stuff in storage quote it.
6. You pay for shipping and we deliver. You smile!

Shop Order Service Flow

1. You send an order request form.
2. We review your request and send you a payment notice. You pay for it.
3. The item arrives. We notify you and put it in storage.
4. You request shipping. We package your stuff in storage and quote it.
5. You pay for shipping. We deliver. You smile!

Featured Item Service Flow

1. You order the featured item and send payment.
2. The item arrives at kuboTEN. We notify you and put it in storage.
3. You request shipping. We package your stuff in storage and quote it.
4. You pay for shipping. We deliver. You smile!
