What features would you like to see on kuboTEN?

Hi veetor,

Yes, definitely!  You can just send the question you’d like to ask to our support e-mail address () and we’ll translate and ask the seller on your behalf.  We will then forward the answer back to you translated back to English when we receive a response. smile

We have both native English and native Japanese speakers working here so you can rest assured we won’t lose anything in the translation.

How about a fee calculator? It’d be nice to get an idea of the total cost before bidding.

I hope we going to see some accurate calculator in kuboten someday and it will shows us right in the front page.And it will show us the right amount we get or paid for.I’d expect some right calculation so there is no confusions regarding about the total amount how much we pay.Other than that kuboten is the fastest way of shipping.They shipped fast of course because they using EMS.what else you should say.Keep it up guys.Great help from kuboten.

Can the an option be added to the bids page so we can remove auctions that have ended and we did not win?  And maybe offer some kind of notification that we didn’t win the auction so we can go in and clear it from the page?

Yes, the feature to remove older auctions will be implemented in our new website, which we are hoping to go to beta testing at the beginning of next week!

As I’ve been bidding more lately, a couple of other ideas occurred to me.  Would it be possible for all the emails we receive from KuboTEN to also be sent to our message box here on the site?  I tend to clear out those emails from my main email account, as it gets cluttered with eBay notifications, and a lot of other traffic.

Also, could some dates be added to the Bid, Storage and Shipping pages so we can see when our bit was submitted, when the item was received at the KuboTEN offices and when our stuff was actually shipped to us?  Currently, all of that is only found in the email notification traffic.

These changes are not yet scheduled to be implemented, but we will definitely look into adding them in the future!  Thanks for the suggestions and please let us know if there’s anything else that would help improve your user experience.

Hi there,

First off, let me commend the excellent response from the team. As for suggestions, I think some feedback from the website via email would be good. I’ve just placed some bids for the first time and was rather surprised that there wasn’t an email confirmation that bid was received.

I understand that it is not processed immediately but an email to notify me that the action is received and pending process would be nice. It allows me to confirm that everything passed through the system, and more importantly would be very useful if there was a fraud!
