He’s given a great service by getting new spare earpads and even replacing the old smelly ones. Great packaging, helpful spot on value declaration, and very fast shipping time. Seven days door to door Japan-Spain.

I have just received the 5 items I have purchased from Yahoo Japan Auction through Kuboten. The packaging was great and the service was awesome. Craig’s replies to the emails fast and is extremely helpful throughout the whole process. In addition, I plan to make more future purchases using Kubten.

I just received the two baseball card auction items I won a few weeks ago.  Once the items arrived at KuboTEN, and I asked for them to be shipped (I went the cheapie route and chose First Class Airmail for $5), 9 days later my cards arrived.  I’m very pleased!  While this would definitely be overkill in fees for buying single cards on Yahoo Auction, it was definitely worth it for the two lots I picked.

I’ll definitely be using KuboTEN’s services again in the future.

I just want to say that i’m very pleased with the service, although it takes some time I understand why and it doesn’t really matter since you’ll get your items for sure. The fees are also reasonable compared to other sites. I will definetely recommend this site to friends and anybody else who wants something from Japan! thanks a lot kuboten
