Hi hi,

I’m completely new to KuboTEN so please forgive me if I skipped over this part in the FAQ. I was wondering about asking a Seller a question on Yahoo! J.. Since you need to be registered to ask, I cannot do so, but can KuboTEN do that for me? It would be most appreciated! ^^

Edit: Nevermind the item was sold! ^^ But I would appreciate an answer to the question above!

Thanks for asking, and sorry for the slow response (we are trying to play catchup as a result of the recent server issues).

We would be happy to ask sellers any questions you have on your behalf.  If you can read/write Japanese, you can send it to us in Japanese or if you’d rather send in English we can provide translation to and from Japanese for you.  Just send us an email at our support address and we’d be happy to help you out.
